Refunds
There are no refunds on deposits. Once money has been exchanged for a date you have forfeited all refunds and have agreed to our policy. Cancellations are transferrable up to one year from the date of cancellation.
Deposits/Housekeeping Fee
There will be a $400 nonrefundable booking fee to secure the event date, the booking fee will be applied to the balance. In addition, there is a $400.00 security deposit due upon the final payment. The deposit will be refunded when it has been confirmed there were no damages to the property. If the security deposit does not cover the damages, you must remit a payment immediately to cover the charges. There is a $400 security deposit and it will be invoiced as a separate balance and will be paid back within 24 hours of the event closing for cash app or zelle recipients. For all other payments the security deposit will be refunded within 5-7 days depending upon your financial institution.

Venue Set Hours
The venue is rented out for a minimum of 3.5 hours plus an additional 30 minutes prior to start time for set up and 30 minutes after closing to vacate. The additional charge of $125 will be taken out of the security deposit for guest that check out after the closing time for an event per intervals of thirty minutes.

Financial Assistance
Equal monthly payments will be applied to your account the following month after we have received your deposit of $400. The larger the deposit, the smaller the monthly financial assistance equal payment will be. The complete balance is due two weeks prior to the event date or one month prior to event date if you are having the event catered or ordering the cake. The monthly payment must be paid via monthly invoice. Payments must be paid on time. If payments are not made on time, there is an administration fee of $25 for late payments. Payments will be considered late after 7 p.m. EST on the date of the scheduled payment.
Guests
The maximum number of guests are 50 and must be 16 years or older. We will only accommodate the number of guests listed by the assigned event planner. If there are any additional invitees that arrive while the event is at its full capacity, the guest will be asked to vacate the premises.
Food
We do provide catering with inclusive packages through licensed food catering services. You must call and we can provide you the menu choices.
Visit location
When you book to visit our location, there will be a $25 visitation fee. The fee will be refunded upon your arrival. If you miss the scheduled time slot you will forfeit the $25 visitation fee. This fee is implemented to hopefully ensure that clients will arrive on time for their scheduled appointment in order to receive the visitation refund.
What we provide at no cost
We provide tables, chairs, linen, table decor, balloons, microwave and cooler. For catering packages we offer 7 chafing dish buffet style and canned burners with above amenities specified above.
Premises
There is absolutely no lobbying outside the venue.
Balloons
We will provide balloon decorations. We do not allow wall usage balloon decorations unless provided by the staff of The Baby Shower House. You may bring a stand up balloon garland or any balloon decor that does not require tape, tacks etc. on the walls of the venue.
Selfie Museum
We offer 8 selfie rooms for photos, not included in all packages. Ask for available options.
Lounge (Only)
The lounge is not included in all of the packages. Ask for other available options.
Parking
This is a private community, the parking is limited to 25-30. We have 5 slots for those we will need to vacate the event early, you must provide your name to the host prior to arrival. Upon arrival the parking attendant will ask for names for those who requested special parking. If you're unable to abide by the parking restrictions you are at risk of not being able to attend the event. Our events are always let out on time so that we can accommodate quick departure. ​
Children
You must be 16 or older to attend.
